Shipping Policy
The Medical Service Store ships most order the day they are received. The cut off for same day shipment is generally 3:00 PM (EST).
1. All orders $200 or more are shipped UPS ground, free of charge.
2. Physical damaged must be noted at the time the shipment is signed for. Undocumented damage can not be reimbursed.
3. All orders less than $200 are charged $15 for handling and transportation.
4. Express shipping is available. Orders received by 3:00 PM can be shipped the same day via UPS overnight express. These orders will be charged a $25 ‘express shipment fee’.
5. Returns must be authorized by us prior to being returned. Call 1-866-927-1023 to receive the ‘Return Authorization Number’ and instructions. Please have your order confirmation number or purchase order number for reference.
6. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
7. The goods must be in restock-able condition or a repackaging charge will be charged. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed to each return. If repackaging is required a flat $50 charge will be also be added.
8. All returns will receive a credit memo which can be applied to your account or you can request a check for the balance.
