FAQ’s
- Is the password case sensitive? Yes, the password must be 8 characters long, must not contain your name and is case sensitive.
- The security question is left blank, what should I enter? The security question is left blank so that you can enter any question that you want. You can keep it as short as you’d like, such as ‘pet’. The answer is not case sensitive.
- My Carestream Health Inc. customer number shows on my order, but I can’t change it. How does it get entered and how can I change it? Your customer number is entered by our order entry team, to automate your order process. They link your order to our billing system using this information. It can not be changed by you. If you feel this number is wrong, please send a message to info@medicalservicestore.com.
- I recorded my ship-to information on my last order, but I have to re-enter it again. Should this be happening? Yes, the system has some early limitations. We’re working to correct this, but until we do you must enter you correct ship-to information, if it’s different than your bill to.
- On my order confirmation email, I see two phone numbers. Why are there 2? The top one is your office number and the second is your FAX number.
